AI Support Crew is a small, opinionated team. We've all carried pagers, written macros at 2am, and rebuilt help centers from scratch. Now we build the tool we wished existed.

Our origin story

AI Support Crew started in 2024 when our founder Stefan was running customer operations at a fast-growing SaaS company. Tickets were doubling every quarter and the only fix on offer was "hire more agents." Out of frustration, Stefan built an early AI rep trained on the company's docs and ticket history. Within 30 days it was resolving most billing and onboarding questions without a human.

The team that gathered around that prototype had spent careers in CX, support operations, and developer tooling. We knew the difference between a chatbot demo and a real help desk: tickets, SLAs, handoff, canned replies, analytics, multilingual coverage. So we built all of it — and we run our own product on our own platform every day.

Everything on this site is written by people on our team, named on every article, with bios you can click. Where we cite numbers, they come from our own platform data, named industry sources, or the vendors we're comparing. We don't publish ghostwritten SEO filler.
